ZipCodeShop has experienced intermittent connectivity issues for some customers due to inclement weather in the Southeastern United States. How does it work?

  1. Click the on the top left to discuss your issue with a ZipCodeShop customer support representative. They will help you determine if our experts can answer your question(s) and which amount of time, 30 or 60 minutes, is more appropriate.
  2. After you have determined that our experts can help you with your problem, click on the 30 or 60 minute chat icon.
  3. Add the chat to your cart and checkout. We accept Paypal, VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover (you do not have to create a Payal account if you wish to pay with a credit card as we have a corporate, verified account).
  4. After you have completed payment, you will be returned to the ZipCodeShop website. You can now initiate a Live Support chat and our representative will be notified that you have paid for a consult.
  5. The representative will transfer you to the next available live remote consult agent. If you have already spoken to an agent who is familiar with your issue, you will be transferred to that agent if they are available.
  6. All of your prior chat transcripts are available to any agent you are chatting with.
  7. The agent will answer your questions, and with your permission, can login into your sites and perform any tasks you require.
  8. Each agent has a number of diagnostic tools available to them. This will enable them to quickly and easily assist you with any maintenance and repair issues.
  9. After you complete your chat, any unused minutes are banked for later use and you can receive an email copy of your chat transcript which includes any links sent.
