IKEA Atlanta's Giving Guidelines

Creating a Better Everyday Life!
Our IKEA global vision is to create a better everyday life for the many. To this end, we have long-standing partnerships with UNICEF, Save the Children and American Forest, to impact the health, safety, education and well being of children in need, as well as, minimizing our impact to the environment.
Due to the overwhelming number of donation requests, our giving is very focused. While we wish we could support all worthy organizations, we simply cannot.
The parameters below will help determine if your organization is a fit with our giving guidelines. Please understand that although your organization may fit one or more of the three requirements below, it is not a guarantee that your request will be honored.
IKEA Atlanta will consider requests from 501C-3 non-profit organizations that: 1) Directly serve children in need 2) Work to protect our environment 3) Focus on affordable housing
Regrettably, IKEA Atlanta cannot support: 1) Requests from individuals 2) Silent auctions, event sponsorships or other fundraising events 3) Non-academic school programs: sports, troops, camps, carnivals, class parties, etc. 4) Religious, political or fraternal organizations 5) Literature or any other items distributed or sold on our property at any time.
The majority of donations are in the form of IKEA product.
All requests must be in writing to: IKEA Atlanta Attn: Donation Requests 441 16th Street, NW Atlanta, Ga 30363
Proposal must include contact details - including street and e-mail address, 501C-3 status letter, tax ID number, scope of the organization applying and details about your initiative. Please allow four weeks for a response.
